Sunday Funday at TPA

The Following form clearly states the rules of conduct for USDPnation Events.  These rules are the expectation for behavior and personal conduct while attending USDPnation events and on the premise of any USDPnation event.  Breaking of these rules will result in your IMMEDIATE removal from USDPnation events and the property. 
NO refunds will be given, you will be responsible for any damages and banned from any future USDPnation event.

-  NO MEANS NO!  CONSENT IS A MUST!

-  NO nudity or sexual acts outside

-  All TPA rules apply and MUST be followed

-  You are required to follow all security personnel requests at all times.  This includes: USDPnation staff, Pineapple Police, Event Staff and TPA Management & Staff.  (Security Personnel have the right to remove an individual from the event & property at their discretion)

- Any & all damages you cause, you are responsible for. This includes but not limited to, hotel property, event property, USDPnation Property & other attendees' property.  

- NO drama or fighting, physical or verbally will be tolerated

- NO excessive drunkenness

- No photos without permission of those in the photos. USDPnation Staff & the Pineapple Police have the right to view your recent photos if an issue arises and delete photos in question

-  Please have respect TPA staff.  

- USDPnation, event property, event staff, event management or any other event attendee is not and will not be held responsible for your actions, before, during or after any USDPnation event.  This includes transportation to and from.  You take full responsibility for your actions and will not hold USDPnation, the property, staff or anyone else legally responsible in any way at any time.  

-  USDPnation has the right to refuse entry or escort you off property if need at anytime

-  Use of equipment on site, including in any open play area, dungeon, or rooms is at your own risk.  You understand the risks taken when you use such equipment and understand the limits of yourself, others involved and / or around you.  you certify that you know how to use any equipment or activity you engage in & USDPnation 
is not responsible for any result that may occur from your use and participation.  

-  No glass bottles

- No sex in the hot tub
